Hi, I’m Phoebe! Throughout my time at university, I have aimed to develop impactful projects that blend creativity and awareness. My core focus is on branding and advertising, drawing on expertise gained from my placement, and current role, at Nestlé.

Slofé incorporates the efficiency of a sloth and the ambiance of a relaxing café experience, focusing on mindfulness and the benefits of a slower lifestyle. Taken from my own personal struggles with anxiety, I wanted to challenge myself by taking a calm and methodical approach to branding and advertising, learning new ways to de-stress in the process!

As a regular Nando’s goer, I often find the drinks rather lacking compared to their chicken counterpart. For this reason, I decided to create FiZZ, a new line dedicated to bring customers a satisfying alternative to current beverages. Mirroring the well-known PERi-ometer spice challenge, FiZZ aims to replicate this in drinking form, using subtle waves to reflect the fizziness level while taking design inspiration from the brand’s South African heritage.

DEFY is a chocolate brand designed to empower individuals with periods. Infused with natural ingredients to relieve cramps and discomfort, it maximises appeal by using diversity to engage with wider audiences.
